Early Career Teachers
On behalf of South Central Teaching School Hub, we lead a cluster of Early Career Teachers in our locality who are developing their practice through the UCL model. Information about the UCL model can be found here. There are additional aspects for the ECTs as we are keen to develop a community of new teachers who can support and share with each other.
Leadership
Schools in the collaboration offer shadowing days whereby staff have the opportunity to shadow colleagues in other settings for the day to experience their role.
We also lead some bespoke work to support schools in our locality. This includes working on Maths (primary and secondary), English, and the provision of PE through Sport England.
