Sixth Form Art, Graphics and Photography students went to London on Friday 13 December, to look at artistic concepts and ideas in different settings all of which could be used in their own studies.  The students visited the Saatchi, Serpentine and Halcyon galleries which all provided examples of contemporary work largely for sale that in many instances were intellectually challenging; particularly Jake and Dinos Chapman's show which was fairly gruesome! The National portrait gallery offered a more sedate but equally compelling show of work spanning many centuries.

All the students that attended the trip agreed it was a very worthwhile visit and wanted to thank Mr Vine for organising it.
