The Woodroffe Association is an organization for ex-students and staff of former Lyme Regis Grammar School and the Woodroffe School.

Membership of Woodroffe Association costs five pounds per annum or eight pounds for a couple living at the same address.  Members receive a copy of the Woodroffe Association newsletter, Dispatches, which is distributed twice a year, they receive notification of Reunions, which are held every four years, they can be put in touch with fellow ex-students on the membership list and they can have access to whatever archive material is held by Woodroffe Association ie school photographs, etc. (a small charge is made for the latter to cover photocopying, postage charges, etc.).

All correspondence from ex-students is most welcome and will be answered promptly.  Membership currently stands at over 700 and is growing steadily.  We have ex-students from all over the world and from as far back as 1931 right up to students who left recently.  Every other copy of Dispatches lists at the back the name of each member sorted in date order so you can see who else is on the books.  One of the aims of Woodroffe Association is to put people in touch with each other and we are always willing to pass correspondence between members.
